Alysia A. Solow is Director of Project Management and Staffing for CAAS. She oversees the staffing division, including the hiring and placement of contract attorneys, paralegals and project managers. Ms. Solow also provides logistical consulting and other project management services including the development of work flow processes, quality control benchmarking and strategic vendor partnering.

During her 15 years in the legal industry, Ms Solow has worked as a litigator, e-discovery specialist and a legal recruiter. Since 1997, she has practiced at Constantine Cannon LLP, where she is a Partner and currently heads the firm's e-discovery practice group. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon she was employed as a legal recruiter for a multinational law firm.

Ms. Solow has vast experience overseeing the electronic discovery of some of the nation's largest cases, which has allowed her to further develop and refine her significant project management, legal technology and quality control skills.

With a background as both a legal recruiter and an attorney, Ms. Solow is exceptionally qualified to staff legal personnel on all types of matters. Ms. Solow works closely with her project managers, attorneys and paralegals to supervise their work and to ensure that her clients' needs are met from both a quality and a cost-effectiveness perspective.
